Thank you for joining the Rivière Blanc Wine Club. We’re honored to share our wines with you and bring a taste of our vineyard into your home. Below are the guidelines to help you get the most out of your membership.

Welcome & Membership Initiation

• Your first wine purchase (3, 6, or 12 bottles) unlocks your Rivière Blanc Wine Club.
• Membership officially begins with your first club shipment or purchase.

Allocation Commitment

• We ask for a mutual commitment of two (2) allocation cycles to help us plan releases and curate meaningful experiences for members.
• Holds, skips, or early cancellations are not permitted until this minimum is met.
• After two shipments, you may pause, skip, or cancel anytime—but please note that club benefits are also paused during hold periods.

Billing & Processing

• Credit cards may be charged up to 30 days prior to release to allow ample time for processing.
• If a card is declined or expired, we may continue to attempt payment for up to 90 days after the release.
• You’ll be automatically billed for the Club Shipment (your club selection, with applicable discounts, plus tax and shipping when required.)

Shipping & Fulfillment

• All wine is shipped from our fulfillment partner via UPS.
• An adult signature (21+) is required at the time of delivery.
• Please provide a shipping address where an adult (21+) is available during normal business hours—no PO boxes, please.
• Weather and carrier conditions may cause delays to ensure wine integrity.

Pickup Terms (if applicable)

• If local pickup is offered and selected, you must retrieve your wine within 30 days of the release.
• Unclaimed wines may be relinquished or shipped after that period, and shipping and/or restocking fees may apply.

Communications & Changes

• To update your shipping info, payment details, or membership status, please email us at [email protected] at least 10 days prior to your next charge.
• Once processed, orders are considered final and cannot be refunded, even if returned.

Wine Substitutions & Availability

• In rare cases, we may substitute vintages or comparable wines of equal or greater value if inventory is depleted.
• “Member Choice” wines are subject to availability at the time of release.

Member Perks

• Complimentary tastings for up to Member + 1 guest, up to 4 visits per month.
• Exclusive access to limited wines and early releases.
• Member discounts are available both online and in person at any time.
• Access to our Member-only areas when available

Eligibility

• You must be 21 years or older to join and remain a member.
• By enrolling, you confirm your legal age and agree to these terms.
